Edgar M. and his mother arrive aboard a small ship to "Eden" sanatorium. It is there that the Mother will cure her headache(caused by her husband's unfaithfulness),while 13-year old Edgar M. is fighting his first male impulses ,as well as his "enoresis nocturna"-the pretty name for wetting one's bed.
The boy's amazed gaze devours the guests of the sanatorium: their loves, joys and sorrows, while passion lustfully penetrates the walls, carried on the voice of an enchanting opera singer...
